2. Identity Verification: In certain cases, we may require verification of your age, identity, and address to ensure the integrity of our platform. Acceptable forms of identification include official driver’s licenses, passports, or previous year’s tax returns, while valid utility bills, property tax receipts, lease agreements, or posted mail with your name will be accepted as proof of address.
3. One Account Policy: Only one account is allowed per individual, but multiple accounts for different members of a household are permitted. However, ID verification may be requested for identity confirmation. Certain sections of the website may only be accessible to one member per household.
4. Prohibited Actions: Login from a proxy IP or using internet voicemail/internet phone numbers on your account is not allowed. While you can access the platform from cell phones and public internet connections, playing games on a browser while connected to TreeofInsights via a cell phone is not permitted.
5. Genuine Information: All information provided during registration and offer completion must be accurate and genuine. Any false information, including addresses, phone numbers, or names, will be considered as an attempt to commit fraud and may lead to suspension of your account.
6. Use of Confidential Information: The information you obtain through surveys should not be shared or used without proper authorization. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Anti-Fraud Measures: We are committed to maintaining a fair environment for all members. Any fraudulent activity or system abuse will lead to account termination and possible legal action. Additionally, all earnings may be revoked without prior notice.

Relationship of the Parties:

Please note that you and TreeofInsights are independent entities, and this agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us. You may not make any representations or accept offers on our behalf. Moreover, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings. Our site content, marketing strategies, and copyrighted material must not be reproduced, published, or quoted without prior consent.

Credit for Offers and Payments:

We do not guarantee credit for all offers, and we may refuse credit for various reasons, including fraud or system abuse. Earnings from offers will be paid after verification, and we cannot issue payments until we receive the corresponding payment from our advertisers.

Spam and Fraud:

We are against spam and strictly enforce anti-spamming laws. You can opt-out from receiving newsletters at any time. Fraudulent activities, such as using false information, stolen credit cards, or completing offers with dishonest intent, will result in account deletion and forfeiture of earnings.

Orders and Product Information:

TreeofInsights is not responsible for rewards redeemed via external merchants like Amazon. Members are responsible for reviewing product and seller information before ordering. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. If an item is damaged or delayed, we will assist in contacting the merchant, but refunds or exchanges are subject to the merchant’s policies.

Inactive Accounts:

Accounts inactive for more than four consecutive months may have their points locked until the member becomes active again. Points become available once the member logs in and earns the same amount of points through referrals or offer completion.

Limitation of Liability:

TreeofInsights will not be liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or your participation in our programs.

Non-Liability and Non-Responsibility:

TreeofInsights is not responsible for any user/member, and we reserve the right to terminate service for any user/member without notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your account use or decisions made on partner websites.

Termination:

Termination of an account means you forfeit the privilege to create a new account. Only one account per individual is allowed, and any fraudulent activities may result in suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

Changes to this Agreement:

These terms may change occasionally, and we will make efforts to inform our members of any updates. However, it is your responsibility to stay informed about changes and contact us if you do not agree with the updated terms.
